Non-Members: Register before January 29, 2026 to avoid delays in processing your registration. You will need to be approved before you can access the event.

After you complete your registration you will receive a “Pending” email. We will review your registration to ensure you meet our qualifications. We may follow up for additional information about your business or employment. Please allow five business days to receive your approval. If you haven’t heard from us after that time please reach out to us at info@chfa.ca.

• Non-Member Supplier / Business Service – $499 Early Bird ends November 19 / $699 Advance registration ends January 29 / $999 On-site

• Conference SuperPass - Includes access to all conference sessions and CHFA Mixer:

• Brand Schools: Free for all attendees and exhibitors

Students: Student Fee - $25
Access on Sunday ONLY - Please note students can pre-register online or onsite. If registering online, students must upload their valid student ID. Children: Children under the age of 18 do not require a badge to attend, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
