Entrance is by cash donation, or non-parish-able Gluten Free food item for the Food Bank.

3 years ago, the Gluten Free Expo started with the simple mission of collecting Gluten Free food for the Food Bank - my goal was 10,000 lb's in 3 years - and we’re just 2,200 lbs away!

Ottawa, is the last show of our 3 year food fundraising tour across Canada, so we can cross the finish line together, knowing the Ottawa food bank is prepared to help those in need living with a gluten intolerance, I'm waiving the $15 entrance fee that usually helps fund these shows, and instead would like to ask for a cash, or non-perishable food item donation. Together, we can make a difference for those in need.

Of course this couldn't be possible without the sponsors, expert speakers, and food producers who have pulled together the time, and funds needed make this possible. In addition to food samples, and sales, expert speakers have also kindly donated their time.
