Registration and Enquires

To register for places on a conference, please click the Registration link of the webpage of your chosen conference. Upon completion of a valid registration, an invoice or receipt will be emailed to the attendee within 2 business days. Payment may be made by credit card, EFT or cheque and must be made prior to the event or admittance to the conference will not be permitted.

Registration Fees include:

Entrance to the relevant conference package purchased, refreshment breaks & lunch. Please note travel and accommodation is not included.

Payment Details

There are 2 payment methods available:

1. Credit Card: You can pay via a credit card using our secure payment gateway. Payment will be made immediately and a confirmation email will be sent to you within 2 business days.

2. Invoice (cheque payment):

You may be invoiced for your purchase and an invoice will be emailed to you within 2 business days.

Please include a copy of your tax invoice with the cheque.

Payment must be made prior to the event or admittance will not be permitted.

Cancellation Policy & Substitutions:

Cancellations must be advised in writing at least 10 working days prior to the event. An administration fee of $565 (incl. 13% HST) will be incurred for cancellations. A refund will not be given if a delegate fails to attend or cancels within 10 working days prior to the event.

Substitutions can be made at any time before the event without penalty. Please email info@healthcareconferences.ca making reference to the delegate currently registered and providing the name, job title, email, telephone, company name & address of the delegate that will be attending as the replacement.

Informa Healthcare Conferences (part of the Informa group of companies) reserves the right to cancel, alter the content and/or speakers on any program. Paid registrations will be fully refunded for cancelled events. Informa Healthcare Conferences is not responsible for travel or accommodation if an event is cancelled.

Dress Code:
