Fees & Cancellations:

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Informa Canada Inc. will appear on your credit card statement.

You may cancel or transfer your registration in accordance with the following cancellation policy:

• All passes are non-refundable.
• In the case that a delegate will not be able to use their purchased pass, the delegate may elect to find a replacement to utilize the pass and must notify LBMAO Buying Show via email to transfer the pass information over to the new delegate. The deadline for transfer requests is March 3rd 2027.
• Transfer requests MUST be emailed to LBMAO@informa.com
• Transfers will only be permitted if a request is submitted to  LBMAO@informa.com in advance of the event. Delegate registrations are issued for individual use only and cannot be shared with any person during the event.
• You may not purchase passes as an agent for any third party, sell or otherwise transfer your pass to others, or exploit the registration commercially or non-commercially in any way.

Payment of registration confirms that you have read, understand, agree and will comply with the published registration cancellation and transfer policy.

Show Policies:

The LBMAO Buying Show will be organized in accordance with official government and local authority guidelines, as well as venue regulations.     

The expo hall is intended to be a professional Business-to-Business environment and includes live onsite demos, often involving heavy machinery — for safety reasons we highly recommend that children do not attend.

Please note that all restrictions and requirements are subject to change at any time to best protect the health and safety of all its audiences in accordance with government guidelines and legal allowances. Please refer to our website often for current guidelines.

Photography & Videography: 

You may be the subject of still photography or videography which is used by Informa Connect for purposes of promoting future events. By attending, you agree to grant Informa Connect the use of these materials for such purposes. 

Please note that the recording (video and / or audio) of speakers and presentations at the LBMAO Buying Show is prohibited – we thank you for your understanding.

In Person Privacy Policy: 

On choosing to allow your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor or sponsor, you are providing the exhibitor or sponsor with personal information and in doing so you agree to the exhibitor or sponsor contacting you in the future about their products or services. You understand that you can opt-out of this contact at any time by contacting the exhibitor or sponsor. Badges cannot be read remotely and must be scanned before any details are shared with exhibitors and sponsors.

If you opt-in to receive communications from sponsors, including sponsored seminars you register for, you agree to the sponsor contacting you by email about their products or services. You understand that you can opt-out of this email contact at any time by unsubscribing from their communications or by notifying the sponsor directly.

• You understand that your badge may be scanned on entry/exit to LBMAO Buying Show and used in relation to event safety/security and that the event organiser may use this information in aggregate form to analyse/improve the visitor experience. Scanning at entry/exit is not associated with third party marketing consent choices that you may make.
