IDS returns to the Vancouver Convention Centre West;  join us for accredited sessions, keynote speakers, innovative product launches and learn how contemporary designers are creating, sourcing, producing and distributing products in an ever-changing landscape. Professional Trade Day will take place on Friday, Sept. 26, 2025 from 9am – 6pm.

NO solicitation is permitted from non-exhibiting companies or individuals and will result in immediate removal from the show.

TRADE DAY PASSES:
All fees are listed in Canadian dollars. 5% GST will be applied at checkout. Passes can be purchased online in advance or at the onsite registration counters outside Hall B using credit or debit card (no cash).

• ALL ACCESS PASS: unlimited access to everything the show has to offer, including the Opening Night Party, Professional Trade Day with unlimited seminars, show floor access during the weekend ($219)
• TRADE DAY SHOW FLOOR PASS + OPENING NIGHT TICKET: access to the show floor on Thursday, Sept. 25 from 7pm - 10pm, Friday, Sept. 26 from 9am - 6pm, Saturday, Sept. 27 & Sunday, Sept. 28 from 10am - 5pm  ($68)
• TRADE DAY SHOW FLOOR PASS: access to the show floor Friday - Sunday  ($22)
• TRADE DAY SEMINAR: access to a seminar taking place on Friday, Sept. 26, includes access to the show floor. ($55). The seminar program is sponsored by Kohler.
• KEYNOTES: free with any pass
