SAVE TIME & MONEY - EXPRESS BADGES FOR ATTENDEES
Registering online before November 17, 2016 allows attendees to print badges at home, avoid registration line-ups on-site and gain free access to the exposition. Please review the 3 easy steps to print your badge.
Step 1: Register online. Upon completion of your registration, you will receive a confirmation on screen and via email. Please print this confirmation for your records.
Step 2: An e-badge will be emailed to you after November 17, 2016. Once you receive this email, click on the link to retrieve your badge in PDF format. (Please note: The badge will be sent to the email address linked to each individual registration).
Step 3: Print out and fold your e-badge as indicated and bring it with you to the show. When you arrive on-site, pick up a badge holder and insert your folded badge.
IMPORTANT: The last day to receive free registration is November 17, 2016 11:59 PM EST. Any online or on-site registrations processed after November 17, 2016 will be charged $25. Counters for on-site registration will be located on level 600 of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. BADGES AND TICKETS WILL NOT BE MAILED IN ADVANCE OF THE SHOW.
PROCEDURE FOR SEMINAR ADMISSION
When you register online or on-site you will receive an attendee badge which lists all of your seminar registrations and locations on the back of the badge. A paper ticket for each seminar will no longer be provided. The attendee badge is your admission to both the exhibit hall and all purchased seminars. All seminar registrants will have their badge scanned at the door and receive a PDF certificate of completion via email indicating the continuing education credits earned.
BADGE AND SEMINAR TRANSFERRING
Continuing Education credits will be addressed to the name printed on the badge. If you are attending an accredited seminar with another person's badge, you will not receive a continuing education certificate. In order to obtain proof of your attendance at a seminar, BOTH yourself and the original badge holder must visit the on-site registration area to reprint your badges with the change of seminar information.
For safety, security and out of courtesy for exhibitors, persons under the age of 18 are not permitted on the exhibition floor.

Exhibit Hall - Entrance to the exhibit hall is free if you register online before November 17, 2016 at 11:59PM EST. After this date, a $25 non-refundable registration fee applies.
Seminar Tickets will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing by email or fax no later than November 17, 2016 at 11:59PM EST. Refunds are subject to $20 cancellation fee.
